Giapeto, a titan from Greek mythology who gives his name to a satellite of the planet Saturn. It revolves around Saturn and turns both its hemispheres, one very bright and the other dark, towards the earth. It’s enveloped by an ancient ice crust and characterised by numerous craters. The waves, layers and intervals that make up this suspension are inspired by this surface.
